Wynolt Brook Falls

Easter Sunday we decided to take a drive to Wynolt Brook Falls just outside of Mactaquac Provincial Park in NB.  When we first arived the falls were still pretty frozen over.  So Peter wanted to make sure we left with at least one picture of the falls flowing and proceeded to break away the ice, needless to say he went home soaked....lol   To actually get a picture from the bottom we had to climb down a step bank and that was not as easy as it sounds due to all the freezing rain we had just the day before.  Just to play it safe I slid down on my behind...lol   While walking back up the same bank that I just slid down I lost my footing and slid all the way back down backwards on my belly a bit scary at first .

On the new highway by Welsford not far past 42 km sign towards Saint John.  This is a very impressive gorge with a very breath taken waterfall sure worth the stop and having a look.

Nerepis NB

We seen this small seasonal Watefall in Nerepis NB, this waterfall was easy to spot from the side of the Britian Rd.  Nerepis is a small rural community in Kings County, NB located on the Nerepis River. Nerepis is about an hour drive form Fredericton and roughly 25 minutes from Saint John.  The small community is surrounded by forest and rivers great for fishing, hunting bird watching etc.  We only spend about 40 minutes exploring the area and found many little gems like this small waterfall hiking trails and a breath taken hill side views.

Mudding

Just a little stuck in the mud! I Thought I had to hook on with the Jeep and help these guys out.  However they had this mud under control!
