Pinder Falls
N 46 02’ 43.4” W 67 14’ 20.4”
The dam was built to hold water for a local paper mill which
is long gone, however remnants of an old mill situated on the East Branch
Nackawic Stream can still be seen at this dam in Pinder NB.
These Falls are relatively easy to get to, from Fredericton
head towards Nackawic take Route 105 until you see the sign for Temperance Vale
and Caverhill. Turn onto route 605 and drive approximately 5 km until you cross
the Nackawic Stream. The waterfall/dam
will be on the right side.
Great little spot to take a fishing pole along and just hang out for a couple of hours the NB ATV runs right adjacent and makes for a great walking trail!
